I wanted to start helping younger athletes prepare for advanced levels of competition. Through my experiences and vision, I was able to develop my own philosophy to help my clients prepare physically and mentally on and off their fields of play. Starting with athletes at a young age, it gives me an opportunity to develop a core foundation for their fitness and gives them a solid baseline for future success. For the more experienced athlete, I have been able to use my past experiences and continued education to develop training protocols that are individualized for their sport and skill level.

As a former Division 1 strength coach who has worked with some of the best athletes in the world, I joined Dr. Wes Cox five years ago to help develop his vision for helping people train and recover at all levels. During this time, our philosophy grew into what has become Train, Recover, Move.
