After receiving her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, she completed an Orthopedic Residency at Houston Methodist Sugar Land Hospital and a fellowship in Sports and Orthopedic Manual Therapy. Her goal is to help others live their lives to the fullest by addressing each individual’s needs.
I am passionate about helping others overcome obstacles. I want to empower women to know that they are strong and to help them become STRONG. I aim to drive my patients to work hard and I'm passionate about them meeting and exceeding their goals. Nothing is more important to me than overcoming obstacles and seeing patients succeed.
My Mission & Vision
By analyzing movement, strength and/or mobility imbalances, training history and activity level, I want to guide you down the road to recovery. I will create a long-term plan for your optimal health and fitness to reduce the risk of future injury and allow you to reach your potential.
When I'm not pushing others to get better, I am busy pushing myself in CrossFit, watching Razorback athletics, and hanging out with my dog Sooie.
